To open a WordPad RTF (Rich Text Format) file using Notepad and save it as a TXT file, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the RTF File in WordPad

1. Locate the RTF file you want to open (usually ending in .rtf).
2. Right-click the file and select Open with > WordPad (or simply double-click the file if WordPad is set as the default for RTF files).

Step 2: Copy the Content

1. Once the RTF file is open in WordPad, press Ctrl + A to select all the content.
